What to Include
You do not need a finished brief to contact us. If you can share the following, we can give you a more useful first response.
- Who you areYour organisation and your role — and whether you are a local government, public institution, company, or regional operator.
- What you are trying to changeThe place, product, community, or service involved, and what you would like to be different a year from now.
- Where the project standsWhether you are still exploring, preparing a proposal or budget, or ready to commission work.
- Timing and scaleAny fixed dates, budget range, or procurement process we should design around. Approximate is fine.
What Happens Next
The initial consultation is free. We will come back to you to arrange a conversation — online is usually easiest across time zones — and use it to understand the challenge and tell you honestly whether we are the right partner. If we move forward, the time needed to prepare an estimate depends on the scale of the project, so we will give you a realistic timeline at that point rather than a generic one.
